1. Oversees and coordinates all Sytengco Group of Companies property and building maintenance, ensuring that maintenance requirements and requests are completed in a timely manner. 2. Act as a liaison with contractors to arrange maintenance, renovation and other related contracts. 3. Working with Warehouses Officer-in-Charge, building owners to assist with any maintenance matters. 4. Provide and improve Security systems and coordinates with third party provider to ensure safety and security of employees and properties. 5. Perform, schedule, recommends repairs and maintenance, when required. 6. Proactively anticipating needs/issues and providing solutions. 7. Regular inspect building structures and properties to identify defective components to ensure any potential hazards are corrected, repaired or eliminated. 8. Coordinates with OEVP-Property & Investments on property turn-overs (move-in and move outs). 9. Assist with capital assets and inventory depreciation and scheduling. 10. Provide reports, statistical analysis and other information as required. 11. Assisting with researching quotes and other information for maintenance and capital projects as directed by the HR & Admin Manager. 12. . Ensure compliance with any and all applicable government regulations pertaining to property and building maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS: • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent. • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. • Knowledge of building construction systems and components.
