Preferably with Customer Service experience specializing in non-life insurance or financial services With excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills With strong customer ethic Must be a problem solver and with good analytical ability Patient, organizing and results oriented
Background in call center will be an advantage
Can work with minimum supervision.
