Qualifications: • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree, any field. • At least 2-3 years' of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Must be computer literate, keen on details, goal oriented and flexible • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques • Knows how to write business and correspondent letters • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Outstanding communication both oral and written and negotiation abilities • Willing to be assigned in Banawe, Quezon City
Duties and Responsilbilities • Monitors/screens all telephone calls emails and correspondence using discretion to action delegate or redirect if appropriate. • Prepare correspondence and acknowledgements. • Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications. • Maintain a filing system for corporate documents. • Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. • Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries. • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. • Maintain high level of confidentiality in the performance of tasks. • Ensure that confidential matters/documents are secured.
