Responsible for accurate and efficient selling of insurance products to prospective customers via telesales
Roles and Responsibilities:
? Contact prospective and existing customers by telephone in order to offer and sell a range of insurance products.
? Listening actively, probing appropriately and providing feedback to build client relationships and understand client needs.
? Explain product features, advantages, benefits and answer related questions from customers
? Identifying and reacting accurately to the behaviour and emotions of clients.
? Influencing clients to avail an insurance plan and enrol to policy to achieve monthly sales goals required for the insurance campaign.
? Capture accurate details of customer information such as name, address, credit card numbers, beneficiaries, medical conditions, payment method, call dispositions etc. entered into CRM system
? Ensure adherence to sales scripts specifically disclosures, compliance and quality standards.
? Any other administrative maker functions assigned from time to time.
