1.    Lead the sales team in the achievement of the strategic objectives defined by the company management and the principal;

2.    Conduct regular meetings with the sales team on the market situation, industry standards, variance review, sales operations, performance feedback and other pertinent information that affects the company’s business;

3.     Regularly conduct field coaching and mentoring of the sales personnel;

4.     Spearhead the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives of the company and the principal;

5.    Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the company’s sales and performance targets and ensure that the sales and operations team are delivering the desired results; proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement;

6.    Ensure the compliance to the company’s and the principal’s sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning sales personnel and following up on their sales activities’ results;

7.    Maintain sales activities by actively participating in the recruitment, selection, orientation and training of sales personnel;

8.     Ensure the availability of the principal’s products in the various accounts by monitoring the level of inventories;

9.    Ensure that actual bad orders (BO) do not exceed the principals’ BO allowance

  • Work Experience: 1 year/s
  • Salary: ₱15,000 - ₱20,000

  • With excellent leadership and supervisory skills
  • With excellent competencies in Sales Planning, Forecasting and Achievement, Negotiation and Account Management
  • With excellent sales track record
  • Highly motivated in training and developing people
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications

  • A graduate of any four year course
  • At least 1 year of working experience  in the related field is required
  • With experience in van selling, booking, and/or key accounts
  • Team player with ability to interact with all levels of staff in the organization
  • Driving Restriction: 1 2 or 1 2 3
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in Panay and Negros
