1. Distributes meal Trays to other costumer of the Department
2. prepares and appointments food for dishing out according to specification or instruction
3. Prepares food service accessories such as table napkins and disposable spoon/forks.
4. Collect used trays and wares from different wards.
5. Washes and sterilizes used trays and wares.
6. Disposes food waste according to proper food waste segregation, Ensure proper waste disposal
7. Clean rolling tables, pre-preparation tables, dining room tables, conveyors and Dishwashing area.
8. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of food service are, men's room, Dietary office as well as the nutrition clinic. Washes dietary flooring after major production time.
9. Rotates as clean-up to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the entire department.
