prepares a Medium Term Development Plan in the light of the institutional and departmental goals and objectives;
organizes and reviews all curricular and co-curricular programs of the College;
Recommends to the Dean the acquisition of professional references and other instructional materials in coordination with the faculty of the assigned professional school;
Conducts faculty meetings, faculty and student dialogues on prevailing academi concerns;
Perform high level of efficiency in the teaching assignments;
Develops schemes of work, lesson plans and tests that are in accordance with established University procedures;
Use relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction;
Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures;
Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and regulations of the University;
Provide consultation with students as maybe needed;
Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies;
Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development;
Participate as needed in department and University activities;
Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities;
Observe and evaluate students' performance and development; and
Performs other professional school related tasks that may be assigned by the Dean from time to time.
Work Experience: 5 year/s
Salary: ₱20,000 - ₱50,000
