  • Manage accounts receivable reporting, accounts payable reporting 
  • Can create financial statement - Cash flow, Profit & Loss, balance sheet
  • Setup accounting system and processes
  • Organize expense categories to do cost accounting
  • Manage the government paperwork process with the help of subordinates or third party providers
  • Properly manage resources to assist in daily work and reporting (ie: using OJT for data entry, using the right people to help with government paperwork errands)
  • Sales tracking and scheduling of payments
  • Maintaining the books
  • Provide weekly/monthly gross sales/income
  • Generate ad hoc financial reports

  • Salary: ₱18,000 - ₱25,000

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any related course
  • Knowledgeable in government related transactions
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and relevant accounting software. Knowledge on Excel formulae is a PLUS.
  • Familiar with basic rulings and regulations of BIR and other government agencies.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Excellent organization skill (regular reporting without fail - without being asked, without having following up, understand deadline and urgency)
  • Good communication skill (be able to explain to managements and manage subordinates)
  • Honest and trustworthy (length of stay with other companies are important, and stringent background checks)
  • Professional and does not share confidential information with non-authorized people
