Job Description

Specific Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Set proper expectations, that patients will be receiving their brace/s in the coming week/s.
  • To confirm the correct braces ordered by the patients.
  • Notate all corrections made by patients (patient information, delivery information, orders, etc.)
  • Ensure not to submit cancelled orders to encoders
  • Escalate calls to Team Lead/Operations Manager, as needed
  • Update daily trackers/reports
  • Ensure accuracy on all calls and reports
  • Must complete daily queues assigned to each employee/team
  • May be asked to do clerical work, as needed by the department


Skills / Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Preferably 6 Months BPO Experience in Customer Service
  • Good English Communication skills both oral and written
  • Preferably Completed at least 2 Years in College
  • Knowledge in MS Office and relevant computer applications
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • High degree of initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
  • A team player and can motivate other team members
  • Exceptional attention to details
  • Proven ability to work multi-task under pressure
  • Typing Speed: 35 wpm, words per minute
