Job Description:

Determines quality standards by studying sales calls

Monitors calls, observe call handling skills and accuracy of information

Measures agents’ skills in the use of scripts, product knowledge, sales and service ability, greeting, objection handling up to proper closing

Evaluates and validates sales approaches; provides quality ratings; identifies training needs; develops training programs and conducts training

Identify areas of opportunity, proposes and collaborates with agents in the creation of action plans to improve performance

Checks adherence to quality assurance policies and procedures; developing new models and implementing changes

Requirements :

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.

Preferably more than 2 years Solid Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent in a BPO setting.

Must be reliable, responsible, team player and flexible

Above average communication skills

Has the ability to work within a diverse atmosphere

Knows how to interact with all levels of management, floor staff and clients

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Willing to work night shift and shifting schedules
