Presents the actual unit for acceptance

Tours clients through the project common areas such as the lobby and amenities

Conducts unit punch listing activity with the buyer and encodes and monitors the items for rectification through a daily template report

Acknowledges and accommodates buyer’s turnover concerns for the units assigned to him/her

Identify and endorse complex complaints to the Customer Care Group for review and assessment

Have the buyers sign acceptance documents for the unit/s and request for other requirements, if needed, from the buyers

At least 1 year experience in a customer service group setting with background in unit turnover 

Graduate of any business course, tourism, or HRIM

Can work on weekends as needed

Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Tagalog)

Good in business writing

Preferably with a pleasant voice

Good multi-tasking and organization skills

Good interpersonal skills

Has a keen eye for detail

Adequate analytical skills

High level of confidence and positive attitude

Pleasing personality and naturally presents his/herself professionally

Experienced applicants specializing in customer service preferably from the real-estate, BPO, hotel industry

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Good real estate business understanding

Team player

Demonstrates flexibility in the face of change
