Monitoring - Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.

The Cashier is primarily responsible in operating scanner, scales, cas register and other electronics related in cashiering. Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer
