Responsible for supporting the President in terms of providing administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.
Also the Executive Assistant Enhances executive's effectiveness by providing information management support; representing the executive to others: Corporate planning, business analysis etc.,
Acts as the President’s personal assistant with regards to handling of the routine work of the President
Organize and keeps appointments schedules of the President
Receives and screens incoming calls, emails and transmits messages as per requests of the President
Greet and receive visitors.
Maintain office procedures.
Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
Receive and relay telephone messages.
Responsible for incoming, outgoing mails, memos and documents for signature of the President
Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals
Composing letters, issues memoranda, deals with inquiries
Reports and Other Documentation Requirements
Handles confidential information with utmost discretion Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
Handle information requests. Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner.
Prepare statistical reports.
Helps prepare office budget.
Responsible for setting up meetings and arrange conference rooms
Prepare agenda for meetings.
Alert the President about cancellations or new meetings.
Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives.
Coordinate committees and task forces.
Takes and transcribes dictation.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by top management from time to time.
