       Responsibilities


Manages incoming calls and customer service inquiries

Identifies and assesses customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction

Responds nbsp; promptly to customer complaints and queries 

Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Keeps records of customer interactions 

Ensures attainment of designated quality and productivity standards 

Ensures high level of confidentiality whilst working with sensitive information

Recognizes documents and alerts your supervisor of trends in customer queries

Any other duties assigned from time to time. 


Qualifications

College Graduate

Fluent in English

Experience in customer service background for at least a year

Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen carefully to customers’ challenges,      empathize with their challenges and develop solutions.

A team player with great time management and multitasking skills

Willing to work on shifts

Willing to work in Davao City

Must be able to start immediately
