  • Provides administrative support to project contracts administration and related processes
  • Process project contract renewal transactions on time
  • Provides due notice/alert to concerned account officers on pertinent dates indicated in the contract (renewal, expiration etc)
  • Ensures that information logged in all trackers and related databases are accurate and up to date
  • Promptly tracks the progress of all contract negotiations
  • Conducts follow ups (phone calls, emails) to clients on the progress of contract negotiations
  • Ensures safekeeping and appropriate filling of documents
  • Highly proficient in generating reports to management

  • Salary: ₱13,000 - ₱15,000

  • Bachelor s graduate of Legal Management, Political Science or any 4 year course
  • Previous experience within a service environment performing administrative functions
  • At least 1 year experience in comprehensive administrative/clerical office work
  • Keen attention to details
  • Time management skills
  • Must be able to work in minimal supervision
  • Fluent written and verbal skills in English


Postion will be designated working under the direct supervision of Operations and Implementations Manager
