Responsible for the performance, safety and effciency of his shift group and the proper utilization of assigned manpower, materilas, equipment and other resources to produce high quality products zero defects at the least possible time.

  1. Implement manufacturing standard operating procedures (ISO) and continuosly supervise and inspect work on all phases of resin processing particular;y in raw materials preparation and charging, process control and adjustment to ensure that finished products conform to with required quality and quantity.
  2. Coordinate closely with other operating units on production and manpower schedules. Organize and perform shift work assignments according to priorities.
  3. Assist superiors in implementing departmental and company policies and procedures and in the continues training, motivating, guiding, disciplining and performance ratings of subordinates.
  4. Maintain adequate stocks of processing supllies, material and tools.
  5. Receive, evaluate and act on recommendations, suggestions of subordinates and/or immediately report/ refer these to superior.
  6. Coordinate and/or HAndle packaging Section in addition to his own shift selection when assigned by his immediate superior especially during night shift.
  7. Accomplish all necessary reports such as reports such as Shift Activity Report and endorsement, recording of data in the Production log sheet, NCR?SDR?QSER and preparing incident reports. Ensure accuracy of all records.
  8. MAintain good housekeeping (5S) in the Production Area at all times.
  9. Implement safety procedures especially the wearing of personal protective equipments.
  10. Responsible for training subordinates in their particular area of work.
  11. Coordinate with Plant Engineering Department regarding machinery equipment repair and servicing needs and with Materials Handling Department regarding RMs, FGs and Supplies.
  12. Reports all abnormalities of unfamiliar process conditions, if there is any, with in the first available oppotunity to concerned superior.
  13. Perform other related functions as may be assigned from time to time. 


A. Essential Competencies

  1. Must be a graduate of Engineering course.
  2. Must possess strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  3. Proficient in oral and written communication.
  4. Must be computer literate, Windows application.

B. Desirable Competencies

  1. Preferably a Chemical Engineering graduate with work experience in resin technology or allied field.
  2. With licensed is an advantage.
  3. Analytical, flexible and results oriented.
  4. Hardworkingang thorough.
  5. Forklift operation knowledge, an advantage.


  1. Consistent product quality with noo-off specification batch.
  2. Consistent above standard product quantity per batch.
  3. Product output of 1000-MT minimun or as per monthly and annual schedules.
  4. 100% compliance to SHE, works hours, attendance and punctuality policies.
  5. Operating expense not to exceed budgeted expense, where applicable.
  6. Direct supervision of at least three (3) operators and helpers.

HR & Admin Staff- for administrative concern, payroll and labor matters.

Plant Engineering Staff- for design and construction of facilities, operational support and services, strategic maintenance and repair.

Materials Handling Staff- for raw materials requirements, FGs movement and storage.
