Answers inbound calls and assisting customers who have particular inquiries or questions.
Makes outbound calls and Building the interest of customers in the products and services offered by the organization.
Updates the existing database with any modifications or changes and the present status of the customers or prospective customers.
-must have excellent English communication skills
- no experience/educational attainment required
-must be flexible when it comes to shift schedules and tasks
