Checking Bad Delivery Return

PERFORM DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES: Check received and pulled out merchandise vs. documents.

?  CHECK DAMAGED / RETURNED MERCHANDISE

Check damaged/returned merchandise for return to suppliers, and resolution with business partners.

?  STORE & RELEASE ILE / ILC / RTV

Store logged ILC / ILE / RTV, and releases during valid claims.

?  REPORT DISCREPANCY

Report any discrepancies noted on delivered or dispatched items..

RDU Tagging

PERFORM DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES: Verify delivery / dispatch documents, and encode received / transferred merchandise data; prepare tags (if necessary).

?  TRANSMIT DOCUMENT

Segregate and transmit documents to concerned recipients.

?  DOCUMENT DISCREPANCY

Document discrepancies noted on delivered / untagged or dispatched items.

?  MAINTAIN ORDERLINESS & CLEANLINESS

Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the work area, equipment & facilities in accordance with safety and security standards.

Forwarding

PERFORM DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES: Forward checked deliveries with corresponding documents, and dispatches merchandise from RDU to Main Warehouse / FSR / SA and vice versa.

?  ENSURE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Ensure proper acknowledgement of delivered merchandise to recipients.

  • Salary: ₱10,430 - ₱10,433
  • Balikbayans/OFW Returnees

Qualifications

? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in any course

? With experience in all aspects of warehousing operations preferably  from a retail business

? Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision

? Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours

? Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Sa Fernando

? Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
