Job Summary:

  • Responsible in assisting in cleaning all galley work areas.<!--?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /-->

 

Job Qualifications:                      

  • Graduate of Culinary Course, BS HRM, Hospitality, Cruise Line Management or Tourism, with at least 600 hours of OJT in Hotel or Resort Culinary Operations;
  • OR With at least 6 months work experience as Kitchen Steward, Kitchen Utility or Galley Utility in Cruise ships, Hotels, Integrated Resorts or Standalone Fine Dining Restaurants (last work experience should not be more than 2 years ago);
  • Minimum height of at least 5’5” for Male;
  • Must have a Passport valid for at least 18 months from the date of application;
  • No visible body tattoo (arms, neck, legs, nape etc.).
