  1. Create and enter standard descriptions for parts numbers into the computer database according to customer specifications. Modify parts lists and corresponding art so that they are accurate.
  2. Mark up existing art according to engineering changes for illustrator to complete.
  3. Enter new and/or missing information from microfiche or customer-supplied engineering materials into computer database system.
  4. Run book or compact disc audits through the databse to identify any remaining problems, inconsistencies, and/or missing data within orders. Enter missing information and make appropriate corrections to database according to system audits.
  5. Compile parts lists and illustrations to print books or burn compact discs using various software programs. 
  6. Conduct brief quality assurance review of book/compact disc upon completion.
  7. Record billing codes for parts lists and illustrations according to changes made.
  8. Interface with engineers and technicians to become familiar with parts installation and operation methods presently utilized.
  9. Research vendor catalogs for art and parts listing informations.
  10. Create new isometric illustrations using engineering specifications.
  11. Research database or microfiche for existing illustrations.
  12. Modify and update lineweight and fonts of existing art according to parts lists and engineering schematics.
  13. Scan photographs and microfiche onto the computer so as to trace for the creation of line art.
  14. Complete required paperwork accurately and timely.

  • Salary: ₱1,200,000 - ₱1,500,000

  1. Fundamental understanding in detailed engineering specifications
  2. Knowledge in computer drafting
  3. Knowledge in AUTOCad Application or Solidworks
  4. Ability to communication in English effectively (both in written and oral format).
